I'm really surprised by the bad reviews! I've been here twice in the last week and have found the staff really lovely and helpful. They helped me find a pair of jeans that suits my unusual body type and the whole process was easy! They were also super sweet with my toddler.
Jeans are quality but fit well. The staff were helpful when I asked. I would come back here.
The most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. Went to refund a paid of jeans as they didnt fit right and got the death stare. The girl was probably about 20 and she had another girl standing next to her also scowling. Find another job, your customer service skills are lacking
Terrible staff, could not even try to smile and gave me dirty looks while trying out jeans, promptly showed myself out after that experience.
Ok shop but the only reason I am leaving a review is because I told the staff that I do not want a 25 cent bag and she proceeded to charge me 25 cents and give me a bag which I refused. Didn’t want to cause a scene and as the eftpos transaction already happened there probably was no way to get the 25c back ever again. Please train your staff to accept that not everyone wants to pay 25 cents for a bag.
