Visited the Morwell store around 1:30pm today. The shop was empty, but the staff member didn’t acknowledge me once—no greeting, no offer to help, just stood behind the counter the entire time. I eventually walked out. Poor customer service cost you a sale.
Tarlee is the absolute sweetest lady I've ever been served by. I'm so glad she still works here and hope for nothing but the best for her. It's so easy to find the right fit when you've got such wonderful customer service. Keep up the good work, ladies!
