Disappointing customer service I am a loyal customer of the Just Jeans brand, but unfortunately, the customer service at the Morayfield location has consistently fallen short. My first experience at this branch wasn't great. The staff were openly complaining about being at work and ignored me for the first ten minutes before giving a forced greeting. I bought my first pair of jeans in over 15 years, and it was all thanks to Helen. I walked in asking for low-rise, but she guided me into high-rise jeans that fit and feel amazing. After living in maternity jeans for so long, she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I finally feel good in jeans again and I won’t wait so long to buy my next pair. Thank you Helen
