I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile! Oops!! Absolute standout is the lovely lady who works there, Michelle. After losing a lot of weight and hating how I look in jeans, she really helped with finding the right style for my new body shape. She was so patient, kind and accomodating- and damn good at her job! I happily spent the amount of money I did just based on her customer service and incredible knowledge. Came into the store, hoping to buy the same exact jeans I got last time. Just for me to see the doors closed Half and hour earlier, then closing time. Plus the lady ignored me, when I was trying to get her attention to see if they were still open.
I went in today (21jan24) and was enquiring about the sale price on a shirt. The lady with short hair was rude and asked me to read the sign on top of the stand. The reason a customer asks for the discount is to just check/confirm before buying and helping them is the 1st aspect of customer service. Totally disappointed!
