Good range of jeans
Have been dealing with Erin at the Macquarie store several times in the past week and she has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to assist. I will certainly be returning. Thank you Erin for your amazing customer service.
Just Jeans hire really well. Have received great customer service every time at this store. Most recently was served by Chan who was so patient, friendly and helpful despite me trying on 6 pairs of jeans to find the perfect fit. Much appreciated!
I popped in to find some new jeans, and was greeted by Sanika, who was SO lovely and helpful. She helped me navigate sizing (something I was completely oblivious to), and suggested a number of really flattering styles. She offered lots of help in the change room for me while I was trying everything on and I ended up with a pair I am really happy with. 10/10 service!
I had bought a pair of 3/4 length jeans and absolutely loved the fit and style. So I bought two more pairs, in a black and a blue. Strangely, the black pair started bleeding colour and I had to hand wash them, even after four months! I’m glad I mentioned that to Erin. I was told it’s an anomaly and she readily took back the worn pair and replaced them with a brand new one which is bleed-free! Many thanks for the excellent service.
