Terrible customer service. Short blonde retail staff did not want to be there this morning. I was the only person in the store. She was quite abrupt with me and wasn't helpful. Didn't check on me for sizing when I wasn't sure of style of cut. When I came out of the changing room she was very happily in a conversation with her family and ignored me. I put the jeans back and left. I will take my money else where.
Retail workers in here are extremely rude with really bad attitude, particularly the manager there. I hope that woman finds happiness within herself as it is truly showing on the outside <3

Most terrible customer service ever! The manager NESS and one of the staff were really rude and racist. Refused to get the denim because it was too high and said you have to help yourself but got a ladder and climbed up for another customer. My mother and sister were asked to move out of a completely empty change rooms because we were "in the way". Honestly really disgusting behaviour by the staff and honestly humiliating as we had a guest from over seas who was baffled by the this whole experience.
