My husband and I were in the store today with our 3yr old granddaughter,we had the pleasure of being served by Brodie his customer service was outstanding.Brodie made us feel very welcome he managed to give us outstanding customer service while he was,able to attend to other customers and sorting and tagging stock.Just Jeans don't lose this young man he is a asset to your business all the while with a smile.
I forgot to ask her name but I visited this store on the 14th and the lovely younger girl with long hair and glasses gave literally the best service and advice I've ever received in retail ever. She spent maybe 2 hours helping myself and a friend try half the store to find the right jeans while helping heaps of other people at the same time, yet not making anyone feel rushed or like she was too busy for them. I'd fly back to Newcastle just to get her recommendations and service!! Appreciate you x
the two staff members working on thursday night (brodie and courtney i believe were their names!) were so lovely and incredibly helpful from the moment i walked in! managed a busy store so efficiently whilst being attentive and so delightful. cheers guys!
