Service and a Smile, with a Capital 'S'. I was a bit like a Fish out of Water to begin (on my own), but Piper was very-very Helpful and Friendly, rolled into One. A very worthy addition to Your Store, Thankyou Kindly.

Genuinely the best customer service I have ever experienced. I usually loathe shopping for jeans, but Jenna was so helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't really know what I was looking for or even my size, but, boy did she! A true magician who is just so damn good at what she does. Thanks a million, Jenna!
I am 6 foot and find it really hard to buy jeans that are full length on me, or that sit properly when high waisted. The relaxed slim and bootcut jeans that are both Jeans West brand fit perfectly and are much better quality than many of the flimsy jeans I had tried on from other name brands. I visited this store on Sunday, April 20, 2025, and had a poor shopping experience. A staff member with shoulder-length hair was standing near the counter, and I noticed she was watching me and my aunt as we moved around the store. When I pulled out a few pairs of Levis jeans to compare lengths, she seemed irritated. She started folding the jeans I was looking at, even though I hadn't finished examining them, which made me feel uncomfortable.
