Poor customer service. The salesperson did not greet me until she was finished chatting/gossiping to someone else over personal matters and was rude. When she did approach me she was on hold with Australia Post with Australia Post on loudspeaker. She wasn't helpful with fit or sizes and when she checked stock on a computer it seemed a hassle for her. I will only return to the store in the future when she is not on shift.
Horrible service! The staff member was texting on her phone, offering no greeting until she was finished. Her responses were dismissive, and her attitude was outright unpleasant. If it hadn’t been the only store with jeans I needed for a function in less than six hours, I would have walked out. To top it off, when we got home, we discovered she had neglected to remove the security tags.
I read other reviews before I decided to post this and it really made my mind up for me. I think all the negative comments are directed at the same salesperson. She’s outwardly rude, argumentative and makes you wish you didn’t bother stepping foot in the store. When asked about how I went with the jeans I tried on, I said they were a bit too stretchy for my preference. Had a great experience. Welcoming and super helpful customer service. Entered 30 min before closing time and no problems, left with few items. Definitely recommend!
