I just found Vanessa very rude she is the manager I believe.... Not at all a very good at customer service Another older lady was way out of her depth rude as well stands there spending all her time with one woman ..... then has a go at me because I was asking a question....
Perfect place to shop if you want to walk in and not be acknowledged by the staff, even when walking right past them to get into the store... It seems other people have also had issues with the blonde/colourful haired sales person too. Good way to not get return customers
Omg the sales lady Ness was so rude. She was only 1% nicer when another sales lady came in and stood next to her.. I was so close to just leaving my items on the counter and going to another store. .
Absolutely amazing customer service, the girls working were super helpful and determined to find the style of jeans i wanted, I left very happy with the pair of jeans i got :)
