Went into the store this morning. The assistant (largish with tattoo legs) did not want to help me at all. She thought I should know what I wanted just by looking at the photos of the jeans on the racks. She was actually pretty rude. I left and went to Karrinyup Just Jeans and the Customer Service was excellent.
15/9/25. If I could give a zero I would!! Terrible staff!! Two women working there, don’t know how they got the job. Wouldn’t care less if there was a customer in there or not! 😡
Friendly staff with a wide selection of male and female clothing. Nice and clean store well laid out.
I just had a great shopping experience from a lady today (didn’t catch her name but she had a spider web tattoo on her elbow) she said she’d only started a few weeks ago. She was super friendly and patient, gave me great advice on the different fabrics and what would fit best. She spent time with me whilst I tried on different sizes and styles. Thanks so much! I bought 2 pairs of jeans that fit perfect and was exactly what I was looking for. Edit- my receipt says her name was Keiley, thank you! :)
Really good experience here, I went in to buy jeans for my partner and Chloe was so helpful and patient. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for come here on a Saturday or Sunday when she’s working :)
