Went in today to look at some jeans and the staff were so lovely so helpful and not pushy at all gave me so many options and I felt so looked after thank you!!
Horrible experience in store today. Nice male staff member greeting at the door. However the woman in the change room around 1:45pm shouldn’t be stationed there again. When I asked for a particular style in the size that I know I am, she proceeded to insist that she’ll bring me the size down and “we’ll go from there”. She then decided to bring me a pair TWO sizes down from the size I asked for. Without realising I tried them on, they didn’t go up past my thighs. This obviously made me feel horrible about my body. Amazing customer service! Lisa was super helpful, I had been searching high and low for a good pair of jeans, I walked in and grab a few pairs that I would normally reach for, Lisa recommended a few pairs that I probably wouldn’t have picked myself and ended up purchasing both of them! came in to get my mum a christmas present but had no idea what to look for, but (idk her name) the lovely lady with the blonde hair and the septum helped me figure out how to equiv the sizing and the height to make sure what i got was just right, she showed me a style that i knew my mum would love and i’m very grateful for her help. merry christmas and a happy new year to her !!
Offered no help despite two staff members not being with customers. When I asked for help just pointed me in the direction. Will not be back.
