The workers are really annoying especially Lupa/Lipa however you say her name. So pushy and hostile and when we actually wanted help with the sizes, lengths and styles of jeans she just pushed us to ‘have a look towards the back wall’….. Hahahahahahah ridiculous
My wife & I bought 2 cool jeans each. Great service by Bev.
Walked in, no greeting, tried asking for help just to be ignored. They weren't that busy, only two other customers (a small family and a couple). There was a third girl working who was clearly only pretending to be busy checking things on the racks. Last I checked, customer service is apart of the job description
Went in today to look at some jeans and the staff were so lovely so helpful and not pushy at all gave me so many options and I felt so looked after thank you!!
Horrible experience in store today. Nice male staff member greeting at the door. However the woman in the change room around 1:45pm shouldn’t be stationed there again. When I asked for a particular style in the size that I know I am, she proceeded to insist that she’ll bring me the size down and “we’ll go from there”. She then decided to bring me a pair TWO sizes down from the size I asked for. Without realising I tried them on, they didn’t go up past my thighs. This obviously made me feel horrible about my body.
