A lovely lady named Robyn served myself and a friend I had with me who has a disability. Robyn went out of her way to look for the sizing in jeans we were after. She searched high and low to accommodate us. A real pleasure to find someone who gives excellent service with a smile. What a lovely change. I will go to this shop each time because of Robyn. Thank you
I visited Just Jeans at Harbour Town (Gold Coast) and was really disappointed by how the management treated their staff. The manager was openly rude and disrespectful, speaking harshly in front of customers. It created a very uncomfortable environment and was honestly hard to watch. No one deserves to be treated like that at work. I hope the company seriously looks into how staff are being managed here.
Service was amazing, staff very welcoming! Larry was especially friendly, ensuring I was happy with the purchase and chatting at the register, definitely coming back!
