I was looking for a pair of pants that I had tried on before, but in a different colour, and he kindly explained that they weren't available in store. Very disappointing customer service. My friend and I visited this store today between 1-2pm and unfortunately the experience made us feel very uncomfortable. While we were browsing and trying on a few items, several staff members kept closely watching us and questioning us, which made the environment feel quite unwelcoming.
