Nicole and Tiziana were absolutely wonderful with their customer service, kindness, approachability and product knowledge. They were super friendly and we got some great bargains at the store
Great service from Sage today. She quickly found me the straight leg, size and colour jean I wanted. I liked the style so much that she encouraged me to buy them in the other colour way too. Friendly, informative and didn’t rush me. Ps service overall at Harbourtown SA was excellent in Cotton On, Bed Bath & Table, Adairs, Sheridan, Portmans & Rodd & Gunn but Sage wins the day!

Fitting rooms have huge gaps between the doors! Very little privacy!
The Middle-aged Caucasian lady with tattoos was very unprofessional and super rude. Didn’t ask us to scan Myer One, took our cash and then said I can’t scan it during transaction. Other lady showed her that she could and it worked but this lady was still failing to admit she was wrong and spoke super rudely instead of apologising. She was trying to argue with us and was making faces behind our back. All she had to do was pick up the barcode scanner and scan our screen. Never seen someone so bad at customer service.
