The Middle-aged Caucasian lady with tattoos was very unprofessional and super rude. Didn’t ask us to scan Myer One, took our cash and then said I can’t scan it during transaction. Other lady showed her that she could and it worked but this lady was still failing to admit she was wrong and spoke super rudely instead of apologising. She was trying to argue with us and was making faces behind our back. All she had to do was pick up the barcode scanner and scan our screen. Never seen someone so bad at customer service.
I walked in knowing I wanted jeans, not knowing where to start. It was super busy because of black Friday specials. I was soon approached by Nicole who immediately found me the two perfect pair of jeans from my vague description. Even with how busy they were, her service was phenomenal! Got to the checkout, was served by the lovely Lara. Nicole popped back over, and stated there were more discounts that could be added to my jeans. You just don't get that kind of service anywhere. Absolutely top notch. Thank you Nicole!!
Great service from Sage last Saturday. I was shopping solo and she found stock for me when I was in the change room, and shared what jeans she thought looked better than others - which I appreciated.
Terrific customer service! Nichole was so helpful and had excellent knowledge of their product and stock.
