Went here after a not so joyful experience with the Mornington store. The staff were helpful and the range of jeans was good. Happy with the service provided and would go back.

I was in the Frankston store December 17th around lunchtime. Spent a bit of time looking at clothing. Two sales assistants talking and not one bit interested in asking if I would like some help. The store was empty. I’m starting to question the relevance of physical stores especially when staff aren’t providing customer service. I won’t bother going back to this store.

Julie was so warm and friendly without being an annoying salesperson. She also did a great job helping me with jeans. 👖 She was a breath of fresh air for this store that I frequent. Looking forward to seeing her next time.
