Carol is a retail superstar. I wanted cuffed jeans. She didnt have any but she made sure i got another alternative that suited what i wanted (i can be difficult). No other mens clothing store in this centre gave me 30secs of their time. Carol gets 5 stars 🙏🙏🙏

Carol is an absolute asset to Just Jeans. Her customer service is outstanding – on our visit on 1/9/2025, she went above and beyond to help us, encouraging us to try different jeans and making sure we found the right fit. Even when the EFTPOS machine wasn’t working, she stayed calm and tried to resolve it. Unfortunately, when she asked a colleague for help, the response wasn’t cooperative, which made me feel bad for her. I ended up getting cash so the payment could go through smoothly. I have been shopping there since it’s first opening, ladies working there were always so helpful and friendly, but today the new staff there were condescending and unfriendly, I literally walked out and decided not to shop there anymore.
Very bad customer service.
