I want to say a big thank you for the store manager Carry and Sara for their exceptiponal customer service today 30/12/2025, with the refund process. They were both really friendly and helpful, and it is great to say there are still people who are so considerate and understanding. Will definitely come back again 😊
DECEPTIVE CONDUCT I went to buy a pair of shorts that were $39 apparently but they were marked as $30. The sales associate said someone’s ripped off the $39 ticket so they’re actually $39. They did not honour the $30 price even though they were marked at $30 all because “someone must have ripped of the $39 tag off” that was over the $30 ticket. they’re marking items with higher prices to make it appear as though items are cheaper with store sales. This is deceptive and misleading conduct
Carol what a super star you were today helping my daughter get her wardrobe together for an overseas trip. What an asset to the store
Carol is a retail superstar. I wanted cuffed jeans. She didnt have any but she made sure i got another alternative that suited what i wanted (i can be difficult). No other mens clothing store in this centre gave me 30secs of their time. Carol gets 5 stars 🙏🙏🙏
Great clothes and great service from Carol. Will return soon and have her help me out again, for sure :).
