I have been to this store on two separate occasions, months apart and both times I was greeted by Bee who was such an amazing help. I told her what kind of style I think I wanted and she fluttered about the store picking out jeans in my size. As a mum with a baby in tow and she was an absolute super star
What a wonderful crew, went in without a clue what to look for but left taken care of and satisfied. Olivia was a superstar, would 100% get your jeans, linen and everything in between from these guys.
Today I went into just jeans eastgardens and had a really great experience. The sales assistant, who i think was the manager, was very knowledgeable about her stock and found exactly what I was after. I have only high praise for the service I received and I highly recommend this store.

Disappointing Service! I went to the store at 4:30 pm on Sunday last week when I noticed the doors almost closed. Upon enquiring with the male staff, he said they were closing the store. There was no reason, no interest, just two staff members in the store chatting with each other. Their store hours are 9 am to 5pm on Sunday. Either change the timings according to your staff’s convenience so we don’t end up wasting our time or ensure that the staff members are aware that the store has to open till 5 pm as advertised.
