Popped in recently to buy some clothes but could only get a half hearted hello. Two staff chatting away at the counter and too busy to worry about an actual customer. Don't want us to buy on-line, the service needs to improve exponentially. Very disappointing.
No surprises here. National brand with friendly Tasmanian staff.
no service today staff did not help at all , did not buy any jeans ,
I went in today looking for something a bit different, and the girls were incredibly helpful. I went through multiple pairs of jeans, trying different styles and sizes. They were only too happy to help, fantastic customer service.
