Went to Just Jeans today at Coastlands to return a pair of jeans my son bought me online. Served by Connie who was extremely helpful and when I described what I was looking for, she went straight to what I was looking for. The woman she was serving before me raved about her too. In future I'll be going out of my way to go here rather than Queensgate Lower Hutt, their service is rubbish. The manager at Lower Hutt wouldn't let me return them. And they probably wonder why they don't get many customers
