Went into store to buy jeans today, really wanted to buy. The staff member wasn't interested in serving so I walked out. That's twice in the last month. Very disappointed.
After such a horrible experience at the Grand Central store, I went to clifford gardens instead. Tammy was amazing with her knowledge on jeans and different styles to suit my body shape. I was warmly welcomed and felt like I was listened to. Just a great experience and I will be happy to recommend to my friends to shop at cliffos from now on.
Always loved shopping here however the young girl, Maddy at Clifford gardens is so rude. All the other staff are so helpful and know how to treat customers. Maddy was dismissive and basically didnt want to be there. Not very suited to the store or customer service. Only know her name because another staff member called her by her name.
Great instore experience. Nikita was amazing! Knows her stuff! Total asset to the business!
