I have been shopping at this store for years - today’s experience was a huge disappointment, the staff made me feel like I was interrupting them or like I was bothering them. I didn’t feel welcome and unfortunately I won’t go back to the chermside store.
I have been going here for years, always had so much help from the sales person. My recent visit I had to seek out staff who appeared reluctant to help me. I bought 2 pairs of shorts that are not comfortable and I will never wear for $150. I will find another store.
I’d love to give a huge shoutout to Bec, she was so incredibly helpful and kind today. I expressed that I usually hate shopping for jeans and wanted to be done as quick as possible. Bec jumped into action, grabbing what I was looking for and some other options. I found two pairs I loved pretty much immediately thanks to Bec! Thank you for making it such a painless experience, I’ll be back when I need another pair!
They weren’t enough people to serve and I kept getting different people serving me not the best service
