I had a very uncomfortable experience today. The fitting room uses a curtain for coverage, but there was a noticeable gap on both sides that exposed inside. While my wife was changing, a male staff member walked past and deliberately glanced through the side gap. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope the store takes this seriously — both in terms of improving the fitting room design and ensuring staff are trained to respect customer boundaries and privacy. Super helpful and friendly staff! It had been ages since I’d bought a new pair of jeans, so I wasn’t sure where to start. The people who assisted me patiently listened to what I was looking for, and literally found me the perfect pair of jeans! The jeans themselves are super comfortable and fit really well. Had a great shopping experience at Just Jeans Chadstone. Mehek/Mehak (not sure about the correct spelling) was very prompt and helpful. As someone who gets anxious asking for help while shopping, I found her to be approachable. She eagerly helped with getting the right sizes and even suggested a few different options that would suit me. The other staff members were great too. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience :)
