Good jeans and price
Came today (Sunday, 17 May) to Chadstone store and served by Emily with pink hair. A tall guy and another tall girl were also in the store. They’re all genuinely friendly and welcoming. I feel like they just want to help, not necessarily getting us to purchase. I ended up bought two pairs. Very impressed.

I had a very uncomfortable experience today. The fitting room uses a curtain for coverage, but there was a noticeable gap on both sides that exposed inside. While my wife was changing, a male staff member walked past and deliberately glanced through the side gap. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope the store takes this seriously — both in terms of improving the fitting room design and ensuring staff are trained to respect customer boundaries and privacy.
