Fantastic service. Absoulutlly no pressure to buy. Went on 29th July in the morning. Alexia was an amazing. As an older woman who hasn't bought jeans in a long time, she found exactly what I wanted. Only issue is that they didn't have 2. I also bought a great fitting tee shirt.
I was looking for a pair of baggy jeans at Just Jeans Chadstone and it was close to closing time. The store assistant, Hayley stopped cleaning and helped me picked out 5 pair of jeans. I ended buying the most expensive one, a Levi, cos she gave me such a good selection. Thank you Hayley for being such a great help. Really made my day!
Fantastic customer service at this store! Alexis went above and beyond — she helped me find the perfect pair of jeans by bringing different styles to try on, assisted with a price match to their website, and was kind and friendly throughout. A really great shopping experience!
Go to the shop in person ... becuase the online delivery times are absolutely pathetic.
I had a very uncomfortable experience today. The fitting room uses a curtain for coverage, but there was a noticeable gap on both sides that exposed inside. While my wife was changing, a male staff member walked past and deliberately glanced through the side gap. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope the store takes this seriously — both in terms of improving the fitting room design and ensuring staff are trained to respect customer boundaries and privacy.
