Took me 20 years to find a good pair of jeans that I wear everyday. Jen was so amazing that I walked out with 2 amazing jeans this time! I pretty much tried on the whole women’s section and she stayed outside my change room the whole time until we found some winners 🙏. She’s well above the standard.
Went to Just Jeans yesterday to find a new pair of jeans, I’m quite tall so finding a pair that was long enough was tricky for me. The amazing lady that worked there happily put up with me for about 20 mins finding me different sizes about 12 times until I was happy and the smile never left her face. Highly recommend. 10/10
The staff were lovely and assisted me with choosing the right size and colour, offering helpful recommendations. A pleasant and positive exễprience ^^

Can I just say, this store is one of the best stores I've been into for customer service and politeness. I was met by Kat, whom was curtious and extremely polite. She had a vast knowledge of product which was pleasing, especially since I had no idea about the new cut of jeans these days. I'm a 501, 505 style of cut, this was my era.( I know, I'm old). I was extremely happy when Kat didn't make me feel like an idiot with these new styles of jean cuts. Kat, thanks again for making the experience a pleasant one. Kindest regards... read more
