I visited this store yesterday, April 29th, 2026, at 1:40 PM to buy my granddaughter a pair of jeans for her birthday. I have never experienced service quite this bizarre or unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, we weren’t welcomed; we were barked at. When I asked about bootleg styles, I was given a blunt "No" and told they were "down the back." Tried to purchase a pair of jeans and a pair of chinos using the buy one get one at half price deal. Only one pair arrived with no other communication from Just Jeans to advise that the jeans weren’t in order, which is poor form enough, but when I brought this to their attention, they have now made a decision without any further communication to force me to pay full price for the chinos and refunded me the discounted amount for the jeans (that were in stock at the time I ordered). Very poor customer service. Salesgirl could hardly bother to make eye contact, let alone show any interest in assisting with what I was looking for. Won’t bother going back….🙁
