Tried to purchase a pair of jeans and a pair of chinos using the buy one get one at half price deal. Only one pair arrived with no other communication from Just Jeans to advise that the jeans weren’t in order, which is poor form enough, but when I brought this to their attention, they have now made a decision without any further communication to force me to pay full price for the chinos and refunded me the discounted amount for the jeans (that were in stock at the time I ordered).
