My mum and I could not fault the customer service this afternoon so before we left, we made sure to get their names! Both Sara and Ange were incredibly helpful in providing lots of suggestions, options and advice. It was refreshing to have such a genuine encounter with retail staff. We had a fantastic customer experience and both came away with our perfect pair of jeans! Thanks girls :)
Terrible customer service and very disappointing experience. The staff member failed to greet me on entering, she remained on a phone call while I tried on 6 pairs of jeans, coming out of the change room twice to get new sizes. When she eventually got off the phone she walked past the change room, unpacking boxes and still didn’t acknowledge me. I went to the counter to purchase a pair of jeans and she STILL didn’t acknowledge me. I had to ask her to serve me! Will buy online next time.
Really hostile behaviour from the staff at this store. Real shame
The staff in the store are the reason I always pop by! Friendly, bubbly people 🙂 I’m sorry other customers have not had the same experience.
I too was appalled at the staff behaviour. I'll never shop there again. The managers interpersonal skills are totally missing. She didn't greet me or smile, just turned around and walked off. I was going to write a letter to Just Jeans but I think the people need to know that it isn't you. It's her!! Just Jeans ....Train Your Staff or get someone that doesn't destroy your business.
