I had a horrible experience here, and I’ve written to the head office and on their website over two months ago, with no attempt to contact me about the experience. I had one terrible experience with one of their older (red hair) staff member who was very intimidating and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. Nice clothing, deceiving discounts... Not sure if it was a mistake or just misplaced discount tags but got charged full price for most of what we purchased.

I’m incredibly grateful for the warm and thoughtful service I received from Lynn (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) at the DFO Brisbane store. So very impressed with every staff member that interacted with, introduced themselves by name. Whoever thought of that - very very impressive. The store itself was fine. Lots of sticks and some very good specials if you want to dig a little.
