I was extremely disappointed with customer service during my first visit to the Belmont Forum Shopping Centre. The salesperson was Jess, who ripped me off by scanning the item twice. I trust she changed me for 4 jeans while I paid off 5 jeans. I realised it while I was checking the invoice receipt at home. I paid off the ride fee to go back in the store to get a refund. had the best experience here at just jeans, I came in with my school uniform and bag which is mostly something that retail workers hate, mostly refusing to serve you assuming your stealing but one of the workers named Jess helped find the perfect jeans I wanted and referred me to another location because they were out of my size :) anyway thank you Jess for such a pleasing experience !!
