I bought 2 denim pants yesterday, it was 50% of for second item and I got Levi’s denim for $129. That was the second item but 1st item was $99 denim . But one of the shopkeeper she gave the 50% off for $99 . For 1st item . That should be for second item. But she didn’t asked once which is 1st or 2nd item ,When I went home and I checked the invoice. I was so surprised and very sad . We are regular customer and member for just jeans as well.
Crystal is amazing, I had to exchange a top from ballarat store and mentioned my sale in ballarat wasn't placed on my loyalty card(although i asked in ballarat if it could be added) They not only exchanged my top but fixed my points from the sale I'd made in Ballarat, simply. Thankyou team Rosny
The worst service you can imagine, next to Basil Fawlty, delivered by two annoying bogans.
I feel like Georgia should get a special mention as she was so bubbly + attentive to the 5 different people, including myself that were all requiring her attention. She helped us all so effortlessly and efficiently that it brightened my day and actually made me stay and try some things on (which I never do) - I left with a couple pairs of jeans and the biggest smile on my face. Best customer service ever!
