Crystal is amazing, I had to exchange a top from ballarat store and mentioned my sale in ballarat wasn't placed on my loyalty card(although i asked in ballarat if it could be added) They not only exchanged my top but fixed my points from the sale I'd made in Ballarat, simply. Thankyou team Rosny
The worst service you can imagine, next to Basil Fawlty, delivered by two annoying bogans.
I feel like Georgia should get a special mention as she was so bubbly + attentive to the 5 different people, including myself that were all requiring her attention. She helped us all so effortlessly and efficiently that it brightened my day and actually made me stay and try some things on (which I never do) - I left with a couple pairs of jeans and the biggest smile on my face. Best customer service ever!

I am the first to admit that I have no sense of what clothes look decent or not on me! today I experienced one of the few times in my life where I have actually enjoyed buying new clothes (I’m still in shock tbh!)
