I was in the Rosny store on Saturday and was having a bit of a down day and was looking at buying a pair of jeans, the lady that helped me after I tried on a pair I wasn’t really happy with (the receipt says Claudia) went and got me some more options to try and was just so lovely! She put a smile back on my face after just feeling really low! I really appreciated it! Thank you so much!!!
Amazing helpful staff! I think the lovely ladies names were Claudia and Debbie. Claudia helped me find the perfect outfit for my up coming work dinner. The jeans are extremely comfortable, and I scored a bargain with the top!! Great place to shop.
I bought 2 denim pants yesterday, it was 50% of for second item and I got Levi’s denim for $129. That was the second item but 1st item was $99 denim . But one of the shopkeeper she gave the 50% off for $99 . For 1st item . That should be for second item. But she didn’t asked once which is 1st or 2nd item ,When I went home and I checked the invoice. I was so surprised and very sad . We are regular customer and member for just jeans as well.
Crystal is amazing, I had to exchange a top from ballarat store and mentioned my sale in ballarat wasn't placed on my loyalty card(although i asked in ballarat if it could be added) They not only exchanged my top but fixed my points from the sale I'd made in Ballarat, simply. Thankyou team Rosny
