Exceptional customer service. The moment I walked into the store Emily greeted me and offered to help. She immediately located my jeans and found the size for me. She even called other store to see if a smaller one is available. She really made my day!
Absolutely brilliant service from Frazer, the Manager and the team at Just Jeans Belconnen. The Canberra Centre team also went above and beyond to help me. Best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Thanks guys :-)
Kris was an incredible help today, helping me find some jeans as a new mum! She even helped take my baby while I tried things on. Thank you so much!
Excellent customer service for an exchange, very professional and helpful.
Just met Fraser! He’s absolutely lovely and great at his job! He helped us get the perfect pair of jeans for my dad. Super helpful, attentive and patient despite being the end of the day on a Sunday. Thank you!
