Worst customer service experience
Great Customer service by Pauline. I loved her kind approach and the way she was able to understand what the customer really wants.
Went in to find jeans in the Bathurst nsw store that fit and always have trouble...the size I wanted wasn't available but Allison the staff member suggested I try a size down as they were pretty stretchy....they fitted amazingly well and plenty long enough Nothing was too difficult for this lady and her suggestions were perfect..will shop there for all my jeans from now on...thankyou
A huge shout out to Pauline. I must have tried on 20 pairs of jeans and she was so patient and so happy to help. I never felt rushed or that she didn't have time for me. Thankyou so much.
Both staff members (on a recent Saturday) were incredibly friendly and helpful. One suggested a style I would not have tried myself and they turned out to be the most comfortable jeans I've ever had. Excellent service, thank you.
