Extremely rude and moody woman at the till - terrible customer service.
After reading the low reviews and my recent experience, they are 100% accurate. I'll go elsewhere.
I have decided not to go into this store anymore because of consistently rude behaviour from the sales assistants. They seem more interested in talking to each other and looking at their phone than in interacting with customers. One of them is EXTREMELY rude and dismissive, the exact opposite of what someone in the service industry should be. I wish I could have given a minus rating.
The Store Manager- (I think!🤔) AMAZING!! She is friendly, kind and extremely helpful! Thank you 🤩
I was looking for a specific pair of jeans and Marina gave the best help! She helped me with the sizes and gave me an extra pair to try which i ended up purchasing! Also helped me search for my size across the entire store
