I was looking for a specific pair of jeans and Marina gave the best help! She helped me with the sizes and gave me an extra pair to try which i ended up purchasing! Also helped me search for my size across the entire store
I hate to leave poor reviews for staff but there seems to be a pattern of rude customer service at this store which needs to be highlighted. Staff member was so rude and disinterested throughout our interactions, culminating in practically throwing my receipt at me. Terrible customer service!!!
I am an employee in the Altona Gate shopping centre. In this centre we have quite a good environment with the other shop owners and employees, our store were under the impression that the just jeans staff were apart of this environment until we caught one of their employees, Samaira taking sale stickers off of our sale items and putting them on full price items with the knowledge of us having to honour the price. 10/10 customer service. greeted me with a smile and friendly chat that made my day. specifically speaking Samira and marina were the kindest woman i have met in retail thus far. They were very helpful with helping me pick the color and size of my purchase, and made shopping there feel like i was shopping with a few good friends. definitely will be coming back more often!!!
