Excellent customer service. I came in today to buy some clothes and was very impressed by the customer service. Very helpful. I forgot the names of the two helpful staff on today but very grateful for the honest and excellent service. 5 stars
We been shopping from Alice springs store for almost 9 years, I always had the best experience till today. The Customer service representative was so rude. She was giving judgment for no reason. I had all irrelevant reasons from her, just for taking my size out from the pile. I am sure that she was not the manager as they got really good manager in the store.
