Pretty disgusting when you see an employee wearing crocs in store, definitely put me off purchasing anything, but luckily a beautiful worker who was very professional and who couldn’t do enough for me saved the day and I walked out of the store feeling happy in a fresh pair of Levi’s! Thank you Addi I think her name was :)

⸻ Today at Just Jeans the Glen around 3:15pm, I had the worst shopping experience. I was refused the clearly advertised 25% discount, the staff member hung up on customer service mid-call, and repeatedly dismissed me. In the end, she refused to process my purchase, refused to give her name, and I left the store in tears. I can’t help but feel this treatment was because of my colour, accent, or nationality. No one should ever be made to feel like they don’t belong while shopping. I love Just Jeans products, but this behaviour... read more

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Jason at Just Jeans Glen Waverley for his amazing customer service! My mum and I visited the store around 9am on the 26th of April and were so well looked after. We had an old Just Jeans card that turned out to be invalid as it is discontinued, but Jason was incredibly helpful and signed us up again, completely free of charge. He was warm, patient, and genuinely made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. Thank you, Jason, for going above and beyond — you made our morning!
