⸻ Today at Just Jeans the Glen around 3:15pm, I had the worst shopping experience. I was refused the clearly advertised 25% discount, the staff member hung up on customer service mid-call, and repeatedly dismissed me. In the end, she refused to process my purchase, refused to give her name, and I left the store in tears. I can’t help but feel this treatment was because of my colour, accent, or nationality. I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Jason at Just Jeans Glen Waverley for his amazing customer service! My mum and I visited the store around 9am on the 26th of April and were so well looked after. We had an old Just Jeans card that turned out to be invalid as it is discontinued, but Jason was incredibly helpful and signed us up again, completely free of charge. He was warm, patient, and genuinely made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. Thank you, Jason, for going above and beyond — you made our morning!
Great customer service by Kira at The Glen today! She helped me with sizing and finding the right pair of jeans, and went above and beyond by checking online for any further sales—she even offered me 30% off! I’ll definitely be back to grab another pair from the “Amaze” range. Thanks again, Kira!
