I have always had a pleasant visit at this shop and Jackie has always gone out of her way to make me feel welcome and help me when choosing something suitable. Very happy with her customer service.
Im a regular just jeans customer. I recently spent $500+dollars, on myself and for my husbands bday. I had to return a few things. (Had receipt) The employee (long brown rachel cut hair and glasses, older person) left me standing at the counter for a few minutes, while she finished doing whatever she was doing. Never said hello, no smile. Worst customer service I've experienced. I will never shop at hallshead just jeans again. Im sure there is a younger person out there, who would jump at your job, do better!!!!!
I have to say, this is one of the best customer service I have received for many years! They actually remembered and called my name as I shop there a few times since a few months ago. Holly and Jackie (I might remember her name wrong 😜), both very friendly to me. Especially Holly, she was serving me , she was very attentive and helpful. I appreciate that 🙏.
Went in today bought some jeans,The young lady that served me was the most cheerful and pleasant well done Holly they are lucky to have someone like you .
I have been there a couple of times and bought something every time. There was a woman (long hair and wear glasses) (I found out she is the manager 😱, really??) , she served me for both times when I was there , unfortunately!!
