I have to say, this is one of the best customer service I have received for many years! They actually remembered and called my name as I shop there a few times since a few months ago. Holly and Jackie (I might remember her name wrong 😜), both very friendly to me. Especially Holly, she was serving me , she was very attentive and helpful. I appreciate that 🙏.

I have been there a couple of times and bought something every time. There was a woman (long hair and wear glasses) (I found out she is the manager 😱, really??) , she served me for both times when I was there , unfortunately!! I really need to point out how rude she was!! What did she do? Well, for each time of my visit, she simply ignored me, a customer who was waiting in front of the counter to be served! I am totally agree with another reviewer here (Kate Randall). This happened to me, too. I was a regular customer, been there 4 times, and bought a couple of hundred dollars each time! Maybe I am unlucky, always the same woman with a dark face to serve me. She is a mid-age woman, has long dark hair, and wears glasses. She was extremely rude every time. I’m going full Karen mode but I don’t care! I’ve gone into this store twice now and not once has the ladies acknowledged me as I’ve walked in. The last time I was there I walked around for half hour picking things out to try on and they just sat at the desk talking like true and Prue off Kath and Kim.
