I had Kevin help me find a new set of black jeans this afternoon and he was awesome. Really welcoming, listened to what I was after, and sorted me out fast. Knows his stuff and made the whole experience easy. Exactly the kind of service that brings you back to a store.
Extremely happy with the team at just jeans fountain gate, they were super helpful and supportive. He atmosphere wass so calm, the staff introduced themselves and really made me and others feel welcomed. It really made a difference. Visited this store on Wednesday with my mum who was looking for a pair of jeans. We were served by a lady, Claire, I believe her name was. She was super sweet and very helpful. We ended up walking out with 2 x pairs of jeans and a top. Claire deserves a raise! Very kind.
Today I visited the store with my dad to buy a pair of jeans for him. A gentleman named Kevin assisted us, and his service was outstanding. He was very patient, helpful, and made the whole experience pleasant. We’ll definitely be coming back for more jeans in the future.
