I had the pleasure of meeting Belinda at the Just Jeans store in Epping last week, and she was absolutely lovely! She helped answer all of my questions and even matched the prices of items to what I had seen online. Her customer service was exceptional! Belinda also encouraged me to try on a midi denim skirt, and I'm so glad I listened. I was a bit unsure at first, but now I'm in love with it! Thank you for your help, Belinda—such a great shopping experience!
Staff was not at all friendly. I went to return an oversized item and the girl at the counter barely opened her mouth during the whole transaction.
Best fun they helped my sister so much with sizing and choices. Great laugh with the staff am sorry didnt get their names. Really appreciated the personal touch and great service.
Okay, finding something in the size I wanted was a task. I must admit I did not ask for help though. However Sam, was so lovely. It was clearly a busy period for her but she catered the customers very well. She greeted everyone, offered help and time and again made sure to announce that she is there if anyone needs anything. It is such simple stuff that makes a customer happy and valued.
