Driver's are nice but the dispatch the ppl booking when they come is totally garbage! So rude doesn't care....
Please do better. The runaround with pickup times is outrageous — people leave appointments and depend on timely rides to get home safely. I called five times, waited hours, and arrived home at 1:55 PM after an 11:20 AM appointment; this is unacceptable. Fix your scheduling/communication and compensate customers for delays.
They are ghetto and unprofessional the guy that pulls up on Loretta to pick up an old lady in a wheel chairs pulls up with all the doors opened with the music blasting. Absolutely no regards for the neighbors at all!
Good transportation
Isn't the right number for the business
