Worst experience. I went to their office in April and pay fees to file tax. I received docs from them that tax has been filed. I talked with receptionist Bhavna Sharma and she confirmed tax was filed. But two days ago when I checked my CRA account, it was showing tax was not filed. I called Bhavna and asked her about this issue. She did not give any reason about it and simply said she will file it. I called her three times then CA filed tax. This is very unprofessional.
Very irresponsible people. They didn’t file our tex on time. Way of talking very rude. I want to give zero star.
