My mother has been using just home care packages. For probably about 5 years. Recently, their performance has really gone downhill. My mother has over $7000 surplus. And yet they cannot pay the suppliers for her nutritional needs. She has run out of essential products including dietary supplements. Nappies, etc. The gardener has not been paid for weeks and it takes ages to get reimbursed I would not recommend this organisation to anyone.

Due to the poor handling of our home care package by our then package provider we transfered to Just hcp approx three years ago. Ms. Naina Goyal was appointed the Care Manager for my wife and myself and from day one she went above and beyond what was expected to provide us with an efficient, caring and supportive service ensuring that our requests were met and finalized promptly.
