I wanted to leave this review for anyone who is skeptical/ in a similar situation as me. I started looking for a female taxi service because I am deeply uncomfortable in Uber/ Lyft rides that are predominantly male. I submitted all my paperwork to this company to be a driver three weeks ago and I still have not heard anything. I submit all my paperwork to Uber and I’m driving less than three hours. This app is a scam. Beware they need to delete all my personal information and they will be recorded to the BBB. Honestly, how are you gonna be a rideshare company and never have driver support customer support or any damn support for that matter. Emails don’t get answered phone calls can never get picked up. I am so happy there’s an all women rideshare here in Charlotte NC. Just Her is easy and book on demand rides plus you can pre-schedule rides in advance

We trusted Just Her to get Buddhist nuns back & forth from the airport when we had a big celebration day last month. They did a perfect job. (In really nice cars too, not that nuns care about that, heh.) It is a great blessing for women to finally have a safe & reliable way to get around!
