I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Just Furniture in Reading, PA. I purchased a sofa and loveseat as a special gift for my elderly mother, who lives in New Jersey. I was assured that the furniture would be brand new, but what was delivered were used, showroom pieces that were clearly worn, damaged , and in poor condition.
