I recently had a delivery for a bed, and while the delivery itself was fine, I was very disappointed with what happened during setup. The delivery team charged $200 just to set up the bed after it was delivered. This felt extremely unfair and excessive for such a simple task. The customer was not informed clearly about this charge beforehand and now feels taken advantage of. We would appreciate it if the company reviewed this situation and refunded the $200. My husband and I recently purchased a split box spring and queen mattress. This was our first time visiting the store, and we were impressed by the beautiful merchandise. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly.
