I am not the kind of person to do this but I just can't get over this matter considering the amount of money that was spent and the unprofessionalism of this Furniture store. This was in Reading. Predatory behavior, especially toward elderly people. The seller told my mom she was getting a marble table, but it’s actually plastic. On top of that, she paid for delivery and gave the delivery guy $40 to assemble the table, and he still asked for more money just to take the old table outside. He was also extremely rude to her—asking for more money—and it wasn’t a language barrier because they were communicating in Spanish the whole time. We brought a loveseat and sofa set, I waited four weeks for the initial delivery. I wasted my whole Saturday waiting for these guys and the time slot I was given was 10am to 8pm and when I called the day of to get an ETA, I got told to be patient they are busy. Then was told the sofa was damaged but still received the loveseat. I was told it would be another two weeks until I would receive the sofa. Really wanted to drink brews with my buddy on his new couch. BUT it’s been 10 weeks and this place won’t answer their phone when he calls. This place is the Epstein Island of furniture stores. Avoid this place like Diddy’s bathroom full of baby oil.
Place has been "closing" for 10 years and the salesmen are extremely pishy and have deceptive ways
