Rented a car from Cindi but she went on vacation for 2 weeks so I called to extend my rental and Michael answered the phone…after a few questions he blatantly hung up on me so I drove there from work. I was very confused so when I got there I saw Michael and another guy rush to the door lock it, cut off the lights and ran to the back. They close at 5 but I got there at 4:40. Cindi was so helpful funny and pleasant ..My daughter rented out a big boy truck and I was the second driver moving to her new home everything went welled .The Prices are very reasonable and affordable.. Thank you we definitely going to rent again..

Reserved online a mid size car. In the reserved confirmation they send to your email, they(JFW) show you an example of a Nissan Altima being a mid sized car. Went to the Sewell, NJ location and filled out paperwork with Cindi and paid. Went outside to get the car and Cindi gives me a mitsubishi mirage g4. A SMALL compact car. I told her my contract said a mid size car (as I had 2 car seats to put in the back) and she argued it was a mid size car.
