I’ve had the privilege of attending both Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki courses with Valeria through Just Follow Your Joy, and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of transformative. I met Valeria at an introduction to Reiki workshop that she run. I was so impressed by the positive energy that emanates from her that I decided to do the Reiki courses I and II with her. Valeria is very knowledgeable and well educated as a Holistic Therapist, but the most striking thing about her is her authenticity and how she lives what she teaches. Thanks to my sessions with Valeria, I have managed to find and hold on to my joy more often and embrace it every day.
