Great experience from beginning to end. Responded in a timely manner when I requested an appointment. He's knowledgeable about what he does and was honest about what my car needed. He let me know the condition of my tires and when I should consider getting new ones. Even got my car out of the garage safely for me. Highly recommend! Thanks for the great service!
I chose to drive the extra distance to get my brakes done based on the reviews; the reviews are spot on. I was not only informed of what needed to be done for my brakes but also shown up close with measurement tools. They were in pretty bad shape and it was quite visible. I feel as though I was charged at a more than fair price for parts and labor compared to quotes I received from elsewhere. I will be coming back for the excellent service at Just Brakes, any time my brakes need attention. Asim showed me the issues before beginning repairs, he was faster ans more affordable than quoted, and really patient with all of my questions. Amazing experience! He was very clear and explained how everything worked. He carefully walked me through each break, measured how much life was left in each, and even recommended a repair for an old paint issue. Was very kind and worked so fast! Even though he raised my car and took off all my tires. Efficient. Definitely recommend!!
