Lured in with the $100 brake service coupon, will never EVER visit again. This place charges more than the initial quoted price - they immediately start adding on charges for items you "need" and were "not installed properly in the factory" in what was purchased as a brand new car. Worst of all, the manager was blatantly dishonest (almost comically so) and clearly in it to make as much money off of you as possible. went there to change my brake pad wish was $99 walked out paying $325 for service i didnt need.workers where friendly but i think they were just lying to get me to spend more money.
DO NOT go to this place!!! They will rip you off. They bring you in by saying that it will cost $99 "in most cases". Well that is pure BS. I was there, and 3 other people waiting with me....NOT ONE person got the $99 deal. They found something wrong with EVERY vehicle and we all had to pay $400 to $600. I went there to try to save a few bucks....NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I took my car in with a grind and asked the manager javier if he could inspect my brakes for free and without hesitation he got my keys and pulle my buick into the shop.he took me outside and showed me that my brake padas were worn out and there was some damage to my rotors.He explained that further inspection was required to find out just how bad the damage was so I gave him the ok to take it apart and he also allowed me to watch as they took my car apart.what shop would let you do that?after they took my vehicle apart javi... read more
I took my 2006 Saturn Ion Redline into this place and have had to take it back 3 times and my brakes still squeak. Why did I not take it to a mechanic someone trusts?
