The workers there, I assume, are fine. After a little over one hour of waiting, with only my car in service the entire time, the receptionist comes to tell me that they do not have my pads in stock, and that it would be an hour to get them shipped there. What had they been doing previously? They were checking my air filter which was "very dirty," even though I installed in myself earlier this month. Very unprofessional.
