Zero star--left before any work done. Big, loud, obnoxious, beefy guy named David, practically yelling, said would not do oil change because I did not want my personal information in their computer system. I gave it right back to him in terms of vocal intensity and complained that the guy who made my appointment over the phone did not tell me they would refuse me service after I had told him I did not want my personal information in their computer--he went ahead and made the appointment with my name and auto info.
