Bad business, bad manager – Will temporarily fix brakes but you will need to do more repairs shortly after (2-3 months). Manager says "all brakes squeal some, even brand new cars." That's funny, ill leave it at that...
DO NOT----DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE--- You will inevitably wind up taking your vehicle to another place THAT WILL ACTUALLY FIX YOUR BRAKES. They are incompetent, disrespectful and virtually have no clue as to what they are doing. They take advantage of women and are terribly rude. WORST experience. BEYOND TERRIBLE. Please Stay away for the rude manager – For someone working in services business, Greg is the worse. This manager at Just Brakes on I-45 just snapped at me and basically told me to go away because I asked one question. He said I already cut him off twice when the only conversation we had so far was my personal information to fill out the form!!! It doesn't even matter if I had cut him off, which was not true, I am the customer and he should be respectful or find a job maybe with computers so that he doesn't have to deal with... read more
