The studio is very spacious, well lit and divided into various elemental themes such as the wood room, stone room, metal room and so on. Both Liz and Adrienne are such lovely hosts and explain the benefits of all the skin-care treatments and self-care routines so you can choose what works best for you. I’ve had the great fortune to experience Just Be as a client and as a retreat facilitator and both times it was a delight. As soon as I walked in for my first visit, I felt all my worries and cares fall away. Every detail — the nature-inspired furnishings, the menu of wellness treatments, even the window murals — create a serene and calming oasis. I highly recommend taking time for yourself and Just Be is the perfect place to do just that. It’s truly a self care retreat. As soon as you walk in you feel at peace, the atmosphere is so calming. With all the different services they offer, they have something for everyone, you are sure to walk out rejuvenated. I have been many, many times and look forward to my next visit...real soon! So grateful to have a place like Just Be, right in our area.
Hidden oasis off of Main St near the East Htfd/Glastonbury line. Love the decor and zen like ambience. There are also cute local items to purchase such as clothing, teas and oils. A great new place for alternative self-care! Definitely worth a visit!
