my sister went to this shop for prom dress alterations and this is what the dress looked like when picked up.
I came into the store to get my prom dress, and the woman refused service when my mother asked for help tying my dress because she couldn’t get it on her own. She directly said ”no, i don’t want to go in there” and walked away. My friends and I left the store immediately and will not be coming back.
My daughter had a great experience at this prom store! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making the whole process easy and fun. They have an amazing selection of dresses with so many beautiful styles to choose from. We never felt rushed and found the perfect dress.
Horrible experience. Called and literally the lady hung up in my face being wise after I asked too many questions?s I guess. Then after seeing there reviews I can see why there so bad. Stay away from this place. They obviously have no interest in making customers happy.
