reme and ani were so so sweet and made us feel so beautiful and taken care of, absolutely amazing customer service, ani really went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of for our special day, she deserves a raise she’s such a sweetheart!!!
I have been shopping at Just B for years. We always find what we are looking for and the customer service has always been top-tier. We have had ONE hiccup with a dress and the problem was resolved within days and my child had a beautiful dress for prom. My children and I have always felt welcome and cared for in our shopping experiences. I haven't found a single reason to extend my patronage to any other dress shop, and I likely won't start any time soon. Thanks to you all for such a consistently fun shopping experience!
Google says it is open at 11am. Showed up several mins after 11 and it was dark inside, no other cars in the lot, lights off. Hours next to door also say 11 so not sure
I was surprised at the low rating this store has. A lot of unhappy past clients. And even on social media going all the way back 5 years or more. Many people venting about losing money and no resolutions being offered. When I read the defensive and unprofessional replies from Just B to past customers who didn't get what they wanted, it made sense why their rating is so low. .
