I'm really disappointed. The first tattoo I got was just what I wanted, but when I returned to add to it, the tattoo artist was no longer there, and Jer did my addition. He reassured me I could return if it needed touch-ups, which it did, as it did not match my first one. I made an appointment and no one was there when I arrived. I left a message asking for a reschedule and never got a returned call or anything. I appreciate it when people stand behind their work. Went to Randy for a septum piercing and he made me feel super comfortable and at ease. I was freaking out a little bit and he did not make me feel bad about it at all. He was super clean and professional throughout. 10/10 will go back for any other piercing I need.
Brought both my daughters in to get their Navels pierced. Randy got both my girls in quickly and explained everything that they were to expect before, during, and after. The day after, my oldest needed to be reseen because the top ball popped off and the swelling was too much for the jewelry. He got her in immediately and replaced the jewelry and again explained what to watch for and reiterated cleaning. As Mom, I was very pleased with the whole experience and my daughters were aswell.
